European style, 1.5 level home

European style home with big space, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, ideal for 4 persons. It comes with television, refrigerator, water heater and air conditioner, as well as an attic for kids to play. The balcony, living room and cooking area provide maximum comfort just like at your own home.

HONEY HOME

One-level home designed like a beehive in an octagonal shape with Sipsong Panna roof. Situated near the main lake of the project surrounded by lush green trees, there is generous parking space near the house. The 2 bedrooms (for 3 and 2 persons) and 2 bathrooms can accommodate 5 people, facilitated with a spacious living room, dining section and spacious balcony.

FAMILY HOME

European style home for 8-9 persons. Situated among lush green grass with playground for children, the home comes with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (one bedroom is for 4 persons with a bathroom, two bedrooms are for 2 persons with a shared bathroom).

CLIFF HOME

Cliff-side home in the prime spot of the project with exclusivity and great atmosphere, ideal for big families accommodating up to 16 persons.

European style, 3-level home with 5 bedrooms (with air-conditioner), 7 bathrooms, living room, dining room and spacious balcony for great views. This home will make your family feel exactly at home.

LAKE HOME

A big home for a big family or seminar group, accommodating 27-30 persons. Situated in the middle of the project, the home comes with a spacious balcony overlooking the lake and the adventure zone. The front lawn is ideal for outdoor activities. The home has 5 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms (each bedroom has its own bathroom). The upper level has 2 bedrooms (for 7 and 6 persons) joined by a living room and the lower level has 3 bedrooms (for 5, 5 and 4 persons).
